Refund and Returns Policy

SilverFrame Studios provides premium digital products designed for creators, artists, and professionals who value quality, clarity, and instant access. All materials — including guides, tutorials, graphic assets, and multimedia files — are delivered immediately after purchase, allowing you to start using them right away. Because of this instant delivery, we aim to maintain a clear, fair, and customer-friendly refund system that reflects both the nature of digital content and our commitment to excellent service.

We believe each case deserves attention and careful review. Our policy is built around transparency, safety, and respect for our customers, ensuring that every purchase feels protected and every issue can be resolved in the most comfortable way.

We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
Technical failure or access issues: the client completed the purchase but did not receive access, the download link does not work, the files are damaged or unreadable, or the product cannot be opened due to a server-side issue. If the problem cannot be resolved by our support team, we approve a refund.
Duplicate purchase: the same product was accidentally purchased more than once due to a browser glitch, payment system error, or repeated click. Once a duplicate charge is confirmed, we issue a refund for the extra transactions.
Incorrect product purchased: if the client selected the wrong product and informs us immediately without downloading or using the content, we may offer an exchange or refund.
Inability to use the product: a rare case where the files cannot be opened on any compatible device even though all technical requirements are met and troubleshooting does not work.
Payment processing error: the payment was charged, but the order did not finalize, and access was not granted. We either issue access manually or refund the payment.
Significant mismatch between description and actual content: if the material fundamentally differs from the advertised description (not minor variations, but full inconsistency), we review the product and, if confirmed, issue a refund.

We always strive to assist customers before processing refunds. In many cases, problems can be quickly resolved by resending the files, correcting access, generating a new link, or providing an alternative file format. Refunds are issued only after other solutions are exhausted or when clearly justified.

However, due to the nature of digital goods, there are situations when refunds cannot be provided.
We cannot issue a refund when:
• the client has already accessed, downloaded, or used the digital files and later changed their mind;
• the product meets the description and quality standards, but personal expectations do not match the content;
• the issue arises from the client’s software or device that does not meet minimum requirements;
• more than 14 days have passed since the purchase without any prior support requests;
• the product was purchased as part of a non-refundable promotion, bundle, or special digital offer.

To request assistance or submit a refund inquiry, the client should contact our support team with the order number, purchase email, a description of the issue, and any screenshots or videos that can help us assess the situation. We typically respond within 24–48 hours and aim to resolve every case promptly and professionally.
